It has been an honor to watch this little buddy grow-from our first photo session where he was still in his mommy's belly, to his first days with us at the hospital, then under the Christmas tree, and surrounded by chocolate hearts-Harrison has certainly captured our hearts! I cannot believe he is ONE! What a fun year of seeing those huge brown eyes fill with wonder as he explores the world around him! Thank you, Emily and Jason, for allowing me to be a part of his birthday celebration!

Once upon a time, good friends convinced Anne to try eHarmony.... She and Tom met, fell in love, and on a beautiful Spring morning promised to love and honor each other forever. The wedding was holy, the flower girl was a doll, the reception was a blast! I've experienced puppy love a few times in my life-there was my black wienie dog named Sally, our huge yellow lab named Jake-who WAS a good dog, and now a spunky white lab named Gibson (at least when he gets through chewing everything I'll love him!), so when Tammy said they needed family photos 'cause Boone was getting old, I understood! Some of us are blessed to have sisters...and even more blessed to have friends who are "sisters!" As their families grow, we have a sense that our family is growing as well. It is with much anticipation I post this show, for in just a few days, if not within the hour, this sweet little one will join our family...and we are praying...and waiting...

When I spoke to Mary about photographing her wedding, she had every detail planned...it was going to be a intimate gathering of immediate family, the minister, and me...and a small celebration at a beautiful park....but when we woke to cold blowing rain, Mary made a hard call to move the wedding inside-and with a VERY good attitude, she proceeded to get married in her home...and the ceremony was perfect! But I just couldn't leave it at that-so Mary, Charles, and I met for an "almost one month" celebration at the park where they planned to wed and took some post-wedding wedding shots. We all 3 agree that every couple should do this! We were all SO much more relaxed-and thankfully, this time, the weather was perfect!
